T.stirmi abdomen deformity

My friend's T. stirmi is having a what looks like a swollen areas on its abodmen, he says his t has ben wery sluggish lately im not sure what it is. Could it be having a constipation or what could be and what he should do?

More than likely some kind of a cyst. I don't think it's constipation/impaction - that normally presents as overall swelling of the abdomen, not just in an isolated spot like this.

There's really not much you can do about this. Just make sure the T has constant access to fresh water, and be sure the enclosure is set up properly to prevent falls if it climbs. Otherwise, you'll just have to wait until it molts to see if the issue is corrected.
