t blondi problem

Hi!!! I have a problem with my t blondi, Ive noticed that it has been realising some type of lliquid from its joints... I think its in a premolt stage has not eaten in 3 weeks and today I noticed that the liquid accumulated on its back leg joint and my t is not using that leg to walk... what's wrong??? Why is it leaking??? What should I do??? Please help....
