Still Waiting!

I hear ya about waiting. About three weeks ago we preordered about 20 T's that we're picking up this weekend at the expo (it's too cold here to confidently ship now)...it's been the longest three weeks of my life!

Well, my long wait package made it in safely. I've got a new P. rufilata, amogst other things - damn pokies are getting addicting. Tommy, those cubes you picked up - what size did you get for then ones coming from me? I recommend the 2"x2"x8" cubes on those pokies.

Oh crap all they had were 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 x 4 and only 1 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 x 5 will these work?

Hey there guys I just wanted to update everyone on the packages...

Package #1 that was suppose to be sent on Monday... And was suppose to be here Wednesday... Well guess what! That long long wait has not paid off! Thats right its not here!! Only two things are running through my head 1 the package was not shipped how we agreed on.. 2 The package was never shipped!!

Package #2 Not here.. No real thoughts on that one just yet!

Package #3 This is the only package that I have no second guesses that its in route to me... Since this is the only one that I recieved a tracking number on.. Well not really a tracking number but a delivery conformation number.. Which is as good as a tracking number.. IMO!

Sorry for ranting I am just a little more than upset right now! This will be the first time being ripped off in the Hobby.. Now I see what others go through.. I myself make it a habit after the first package I shipped to take the extra time and get the DC #.. (Delivery Conformation Number) I made that mistake one time..

To that person you know who you are.. I now completely understand why you had your doubts! Completely understand!!

Sorry for making this rant/update so long.. I will update some day soon with a positive update.. I have emailed the person that has supposedly shipped package #1 and am waiting for his reply...

On a side note I hope everyone has a good day today!!

It seems like there are quite a few people in the hobby right now that don't ship when they say they are going to ship. I guess they don't realize that when t's are expected we rearrange our lives so we can receive them.

I hope you get your packages soon and that you really aren't being ripped off.

Yea some people may have to rearrange more than myself at the moment.. But I dont believe anyone should have to wait longer than expected.. I understand there could be delays.. Thats understandable! But there is no sence in not getting some kind of tracking number when its paid for.. Then saying that the post office you went through only offers a tracking number/delivery conformation number with express.. Its only an extra .70 cents... And I feel for anyone that has gone through is going through or will go through this..

Thanks KJE.... I honestly dont know if I am being ripped off it just seems that way.. He has email me back and said that if I dont recieve them today he will have some more shipped out to me ASAP... Soo all I can do at the moment is wait I guess...

That should be fine, but next time you see the tall ones, get 'em. I've got a P. rufilata sling housed in one of those 2"x2"x4" right now but it's only temporarily here before it goes off to KS for a friend, my other 3 pokie slings are in the tall ones.

Well I am about to go to the post office here in a little bit.. I hope I get to see some babies today!! I am so axious.. I know there is a chance that there might not be nothing but the fact there might be something there that in its self alone makes me excited!!:wall:

All I can do at this moment is hope for the best that if they are there that they are alive!!

Some what positive update!!

Well here is the update..

Package #1: Contents 1 P. irminia and 1 A. avicularia..... It has FINALLY arrived!! And to my surprise they are both still alive!! The P. irminia is GORGEOUS!! The male A. avic ehh not soo purddy.. But alive and well.. The A. avic is some what stuned.. Moving slow... But is webbing up the enclosure!! SOOOOOO Happy !!!

P.S. The packing was outstanding on package #1

Package #2: Contents 8 P. murinus slings 2 B. vagans slings Has also FINALLY arrived!! Of course there has to be one problem... You know there is no way to kill the OBTs! They are tanks!! But the B. vagans were NOT soo lucky.. Both of them didnt make it!! I dont know for sure if it might have been the packing or what...

P.S. The packing was ok! Far from the best I have ever seen!

But the update is more positive than negative!! Sure did hope the vagans made it here...

And now to wait untill Monday for the 3rd Package!!

LoL!! Yea 8 OBT's WoW!! That was fun!! trying to get them all in one cube together!! Was great when I got to them in there though..
