I thought I'd ask just to be sure. I have some adult Lamponius guerrini stick insects that are dropping because of old age. I have at the moment one male that is still alive but won't be tomorrow(lays on its back curled up but reacts to touch) and it's T feeding time. I don't think they are harmfull in any way but I'd like to be sure.

As long as they are not wild-caught stick insects then why not? If it fits in the T tank then go. Be patient though coz it's gonna take a while to eat

I couldn't be sure if it's safe or not would like to find out, but if one did happen to walk/drop by a T's home in the wild i'm sure it would eat it and if CB then should be safe for the T.

A lot of people use baby stick insects as chameleon food. As long as the stick bug doesn't produce any defensive chemicals (I know a few Florida species squirt their own version or pepper spray) they should be a good feeder for your tarantulas.

This. You never know what kind of disgusting concoction of pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, etc a wild caught prey item has been exposed to.

Interesting idea, I'd say give it a shot as long as you know it hasn't been exposed to any pesticides etc.
