Freshly molted ("sold as Euathlus truculentus") I suspected it wasn't from what I read
and the fact it had no red setae near where the abdomen meets the carapace.
Pretty sure its a beautiful Euathlus parvulus all the gold showed up when it molted.

What do you guys think? and I know pics are not positive ID

You must have had the camera ready to catch your miras out and about.

I'm imagining you sneaking up the the tanks, like Elmer Fudd hunting Bugs Bunny, only with the camera instead of a shotgun

Love your Euathlus ladies!! How are yours as far as temperament goes? I've noticed that bombs could be falling and mine could probably care less ;)

LOL thats funny. "SSHHHH be very quite we are hunting mira's uuhhuuhh"
I actually took them when I rehoused them they are to quick to hide now except there feet/legs, but bot do they eat. Just love to see them try and find there door with a mouthfull.

Truly they were a second choice, I want H. pulchripes but not for the $$ they still run.
I am overly pleased with the I. mira's, hope at least one is female.

The E. sp blue are absolute beasts ready to pounce as soon as the lid comes of and always on the prowl inside. My 3 E. sp red , E. sp north, and E. truculentus could care less. The E. parvulas is chill one minute and an attitude the next. I love the genus, wish I could find the E. sp yellow :(
