I found the information that the velvet spider live up to 5 years.
velvet spider are for example spiders from genus Eresus...
But what with the social spiders?
Stegodyphus spp.?
How long they live?
Please, I need help.
It's very important for me. Very thanks for the answers.
I hope that somebody answer on my questions.

Everything I have found about Stegodyphus refers to an "Annual Lifecycle".

If I understand this correctly, this means 1 year, or more specifically, once an year.

Perhaps other members can add some of their thoughts/info to this.

Sorry I wasn't more helpful, but I don't see too much info on the Internet about them. Good Luck! S.

Thanks for the answers.
I have heard that some species of Eresidae family (except Stegodyphus spp.)
can live up 5 years... It' s longer than the other true spoders...
But if you say that you had Eresus and they lived only 1 year
So... They live for a very short time...
