state legalities on catching/owning/selling true spiders and other arachnids

I have started a thread in the Insects and Other Invertebrates section that addresses the issue of what the individual state legalities are for owning/importing/catching/selling invertebrates. This would include true spiders and other arachnids, but I had to choose a section to start the thread so I chose the Insects section. Please add any helpful information.
