Hi all. Well, I've had my G. "Northern Type" for a couple months now. I'm new to Ts. I've read on here that Grammostola Ts sometimes will go into long starvation modes and I think that's what Nope is doing now. She ate very well the first few weeks I had her and then stopped. I'd say it's been close to a month now since I've seen her eat. I drop crickets in there and she ignores them. When they get close to her, she just seems annoyed with them instead of snatching them up like she used to. I've even tried feeding her one using tongs to no avail.

I really wouldn't be that worried but her abdomen is definitely looking a little skinnier.

Any thoughts/tips?

Could be pre-molt or seasonal fasting. Make sure she has access to fresh water at all times and she should be fine.. Offer food periodically ( every 2 weeks or so) untill she eats.
