spider ID

I was wondering if anyone could help me ID a spider I found last night.

Info:
I live in Baton Rouge, LA. I don't know what kinda web it has or anything, because it was just on the ground in my garage when we came home around 2AM.

Nevermind. It appears to be some sort of wolf spider.

They make an impressive captive display true spider. In a lot of ways, they are like mini- T's.
I have a female with eggsac I caught in my neighbors backyard last week. I have kept them before as well. They hardly ever refuse a meal.

It looks like a Hogna species, perhaps H. helluo. Nice spider in any case!

We ended up releasing it. I wanted to keep it at least just to feed it once or twice, but I didn't have anything to put it in.
