Here's a great site with those: CLICK

Just click on the corresponding genus / species ;) This might help some people out there to show what to look out for in a molt.

(Maybe STICKY?)

Do I have to understand your post? I guess not... :o_O:
You're basically looking at the private parts of spiders.

I know that this is necessary but that does not make it less creepy.

Spider porn lol
not as creepy as keeping extracted spider genitals in vials like they do at the UT insect collection I just saw.

You don't have to look at it that way.
Exactly. If you look at genitalia of spiders and are hit with feelings of creepiness just because they are the sexual organs, then there's something wrong with you.

Thanks for this very helpful, and, I must admit, stimulating thread.

The tarantula keeping hobby just got a whole lot sexier.

Just think of it as artistic nudes.... perv;):D
To get back to the subject of the thread - this might also help sometimes with IDying a T. There's more to that, but this is sometimes one key (in case you have a female that is...) to find out.. ;)

On that note: Dear mods, any chance to sticky this? Or at least add it to the respective info thread regarding sexing T's?

Thanks!

be very careful with galleries like this. These stand or fall by the person who ID-ed the specimen before making the picture....... I allready see some problems in the ones posted there.
