Unfortunately its not as easy as just asking them to hand over the Ts. What FB group is this?

They seem to be asking for the right advice.. It is a learning curve and people are offering good info.

I know 2 of the people in the comments and they know what they are talking about. I hope this person takes it on board.

You can't help willful stupidity. I wonder if the T was a person, would that owner just sit there and do nothing as well? Some people shouldn't own animals.
