Smeringus mesaensis?

anyone keep these?

common name is Dune scorp... though I bet there are other common names for it.

also.. what are the largest and smallest scorp species respectively.

Smerinigurus mesaensis is supposedly a good scorp and relatively easy to keep. Keep as you would desert hairys. I have heard they can be quite aggressive in attitude. There sting is reportedly minimal though painful.

The largest scorp in length is reported to be Heterometrus swammerdami with replrts of it growing to more than 9 inches in length. The heaviest is generally considered to be Pandinus imperator or common emporer scorpion. Of course if you take extinct species into consideration these numbers go out the window. There are fossil scorpions nearly a meter/yard long; though these were still living in the ocean.
