hello all i was wondering, looking at some pics of the sp in the scorpion picture thread i see they are hpused on somehting other than sand. i was wondering if i would be able to keep them on somehting other than the sand i am using? it seems from the pics i took of my specimen that it looks very dry and drab. but the one in the picture thread looks shiny and healthy, what would be a good mix to keep these guys on? like would eco earth be good? i just my scorp to be healthy and right now her doesnt look to good as you can see from the pic. any help would be much appreciated.

Actually, your specimen looks quite healthy! :)
Nice and fat and obviously feeding well. Your particular specimen just looks a little dirty, this is common with wild caught specimens of any species. Over time this may wear off but if it doesn't, you can be happy in the knowledge that you have a healthy scorp.
