Slings Hatched - When do I feed and How?

I recently noticed that a spider I had caught had laid eggs, and within two weeks, they've hatched. The small white slings are fully developed and are walking around (Within the "nest") without a problem. The mom spider lays in the tunnel-esque nest and allows the babies to crawl on her. The problem is (Well, there are multiple problems) that I don't know how, and when, I should separate and feed the babies and the adult. The web was spun in the corner of the lid of the jar that the parent is in, which makes dropping pre-killed food in there difficult when they're old enough to eat. I believe that they only hatched last night, but I'm unsure. Another problem I have is that I have no idea what species this spider is. It's light brown, almost tan, in color, and has a significantly darker abdomen and "face". It moves quickly and tends to jump a lot. Can take down live crickets twice it's size, and very aggressive (threat posing tongs ect) Climbs up glass no problem, and is only roughly half an inch long. I remember coming across the name of this species a while ago but don't remember it anymore. I live in the UK if that's any help.

Anyway, if anybody could answer the original question and help me id the spider, I would be very grateful!

For bonus points, how do I feed and remove the slings when they're in such an awkward position?

Let the spiderlings eat each other until there is a manageable number. Once down to the amount you want, you can separate them easier. Fruit flies and pinhead crickets are good feeders for such small spiders.

There are already not many slings, possibly 20. My question was WHEN and HOW do I feed/remove them? As you can see in the picture, they're extremely small and hard for handle. The adult also seems very protective of them.

I separate slings with my tongs and I allow the spiders to climb onto them, or I grab the web they are on. Maybe try feeding in a week? I imagine once they disperse more they can be fed and separated.
