Your scorpion hiding is perfectly normal behavior.

And no, do not take it out of its enclosure to feed it. Indeed, by removing it from its enclosure, all you would be doing is causing it stress, and it likely wouldn't eat.

Try not to stress if your scorp isn't eating man. Jungle species aren't big eaters. If your terrarium conditions are good, and it's clearly rejecting food, then it's probably just not hungry. My Pandinus Cavimanus once went over 3 months without a meal.

If you're lookin for a more active scorp, maybe start researching desert species. :)
