Size of Adult Theraphosa blondi

Anyone out there have adult females of Theraphosa blondi that were sold in the year 2015 (give or take a year)? I know I have mentioned this on this site at least once before, but the males I have of T. blondi I bought in 2015 are so much smaller than what I would have expected. Enough time has gone by now that people who bought spiderlings in 2015 that turned out to be female should be all grown up.

If anyone has adult females of Theraphosa blondi, how big are they? Massive like Theraphosa stirmi or maybe smaller bodied? Any pictures floating around the internet?

Also, if anyone is in the know, where in South America are the adult T. blondi coming from that are producing all of these spiderlings?

Hi im in uk .they did stop officially exporting t blondi 2006 .the average size tends to be 8.5" dls.9"is good some go 9.5-9 3/4. 10 "is rare.I had off a german breeder a pair (male died 6th molt)2 molt slings from german breeder(sven koeppler)they were from non coastal parents /they (original breeding stock)was taken from by a research station sarsk?in brazil now this was 2007-2008 and guess what its in a pdf download article by rudloft &weinmann 2010 all avout finding^cataloging t stirmi i got it off world spider catalogs if interested /join up its free etc and u can download .biggest i ever had was 9.5" t blondi/check out a thread on here by alan silvestro /fran about theraphosa blondi

Also brought a mm off a member on here its 7.5-7 /3/4 " it was 2017 in uk when aquired .

Mentioned in the article i described it was cayenne f guyana it was nr a research station i believe it was called sarsk?.anyway there is great book about them but its in german if u dont mind using google translate /i did and now have a notebook in english.amazon.com its riesenvogelspinnen theraphosa apophysis&theraphosa blondi its a great reference.many europeans aquired t blondi w.c in 2007-2008 and formed a breeding group wich went on to become successfull to this day!

Thanks for the responses @esa space station but I was looking for information specifically on the Theraphosa blondi sold in the international pet trade in or around 2015; not on Theraphosa blondi in general. Leg span is kind of a useless measurement of size since it can vary so much between individuals. What I am trying to determine is if females of Theraphosa blondi in the pet trade are small relative to the massive size of a typical T. stirmi like the males are. I guess that is hard to determine objectively since everyone has a different way of measuring size. I was hoping for some pictures of full grown adult female T. blondi from 2015 so I can look for indicators such as leg thickness and carapace length/ width, etc.

Hi sorry if i couldnt be more helpfull /it might interest you to know im currently breeding theraphosa blondi.I wonder do you have any knowledge you could share perhaps from own expereiences.I see there was a thread on the subject were you asked other members for info as regards their recipie fir success .The thread was 2016 and one contributor was philth(tom) thanks
