If an Avicularia species doesn't eat, it is dehydrated. Just place it with its mouth parts in a waterdish with clean water and leave it alone. If it doesn't drink or doesn't improve, you could try to put some droplets on its mouthparts.
Flies coming out of an enclosure can be a sign something is very wrong. If feeders start to mold, there is too much moisture and not enough ventilation in the enclosure.
You've been on this site for quite a long time; didn't you ever read the links you posted yourself?

Are you certain it was even actually bleeding? Their joints do look sort of cloudy white when you look at them closely, and they CAN look like drops of hemolymph, but that’s just what they look like.

Tried hand watering the T , seems slightly more mobile but too sluggish to eat .
Why Are aboreals more likely to stop eating ? I have pokies doing the same thing but aren’t dehydrated.
Could it just be dying of old age ? I got it from a pet store at 3”?
Added skinny pokie , that won’t even eat crickets . To the pictures

I’ll be suprized if the pinktoe makes it another day .

I can't see really well, but I don't think your Pokie is particularly skinny. Arboreals look more 'streamlined' than terrestrials do.

As for the Avic, I recommended you to put drops on its mouthparts, not bathe it in water :bored:

I did so that but still the avic is lethargic and just sitting still .

Then I would just roll a paper towel in to a tight tube shape and get it wet, then squeeze water off the tip into the Ts mouth.
