Sexing Question

I have two questions:

1. I know certain doctors and arachnologists will sex a tarantula for free if you send them a recent molt. Can somebody please give me the address of somebody who does this and who is reputable?

2. How young can a spider be for a person to do this? I have some immature spiders. Can they still tell?
