MizM had a good idea, Pick it up and get a clean shot.
Flameknee shouldn't give you much trouble.
Unless you've never held it, and arn't sure of your handling skills.

Right, hence my skepticism. That last pic was as blurry as the rest, plus it didn't even show both sets of booklungs. There's no way you can get 100% female from that pic.

I'm flopping back the other way with that shot to *lean* male (but I'm leaning pretty far).

I'm going to be my classic blunt self here: I know you want to know what sex your T is but it's not going to change whether you find it out or not. There is no rush to find out, it is what it is, and if you can't find out today, you'll get a shed sometime in the coming months that will tell you clearly.

Some people have pointed you to the type of photo you *need* to get more than a educated guess on sexing your T. If you cannot for whatever the reason - crappy camera, uncooperative T, dirty glass, bad timing - get a photo of similar quality then it is very unlikely that anyone can actually help you. We can all keep guessing, and you can keep posting dark, low detail shots, but you could get out a quarter and flip it and have as much chance of getting a correct answer.

Goes to show the difficulties involved in sexing from the living spider - the best (easiest and most accurate) way for anyone to sex a T is from the shed skin and IME, this species is pretty easy as I recently looked into the skin of my (then) 1.5" specimen and could clearly see already well-developed spermathecae -unmistakably female. If you still have the last cast don't worry too much if it is all dried up, you're only interested in a small part of the abdomen skin an this can be reinvigorated by soaking in a few drops of warm water. Remember its always easier to say if its definately a female than a male
