I'm a little unsure if this comment is permissible, but it isn't hearsay, the proof is recorded. I wouldn't purchase from the outfit if you held a gun to my head. I can't even link directly to the video as it breaks the language rules, but folks need to hear this before considering purchasing from this guy. Nobody should treat a customer in the manner he did, especially for such a benign reason.

As I said, I can't link, but copy "Praying Mantis guy leaves really nasty voicemails to my wife" on YouTube and let buyers beware.

Just watched this and am a bit shocked. Looks like he isn't always very professional. There are currently two reviews on his review thread and the second one shows he is not so quite customer oriented at other times as well:
