Here its a sign for all the kids to go out and play in the snow....snow's what makes the cold enjoyable....that and ice I used to love going into snowed up parking lots or on a lake and do doughnuts with my van...soooo fun.

Funny how the non-snow seeing people react...or fail to react.

A friend of mine always tells the story of when he was in Germany while in the army. Him and a few friends rented an M3 and set out on a trip, driving on the autobahn to Amsterdam I believe. On the way back my friend awoke to a blizzard....he then noticed the driver was still flying down the road at triple digit speeds....my friend looked over and asked how the car was handling and realized the driver was a Texan who'd never actually seen snow...lol....he got so scared for his life and was just like " slowly let your foot off the gas and coast to a stop and let me drive"....cause had he touched the brakes or turned the wheel too sharply or even gave a little gas it was all over...the poor Texan had no clue how close he came to death that day...lol. Me, I love driving in snow, I look forward to those days in a plow truck with the dog.

Alright! All of @cold blood's slings arrived perfectly safe and sound. Very interesting packaging from him, but something I plan to adopt. Kudos CB, way to think with portals. They absolutely treated that little doughnut hole as their new home, they were more than content in it.

The A. ezendami's were a hassle. All three made a run for it the second I took the plug off of their straw. Thankfully, the catch cup was nearby. I'm looking forward to watching these grow, especially with an attitude like that. I'm going to let them settle overnight and then offer a meal - they certainly look to be hungry.


The G. pulchripes were... interesting. One was your typical laid back Grammy, the next was a spaz that made a run for it, and the last was a sweetheart that was more interested in webbing the prodding straw than actually moving. The one on the right is the webber, you can even see a strand of web laid.
