Scorpion found in LA - needs good home ASAP!

yeah i kinda got excited bout an urban scorp in LA..though it is probably an escapee or someone just didnt want it and let it go..but we will have to see..eddy wheres the pics?..

Exactly my first thought, there aren't that many all black, 4 inch scorpions in the US, although size is often exagerated

definatly an escape. The weird things I notice there weren't any house it was mostly offices and a freeway. This guy probably traveled a great deal.

Could have been a 'practical joke', some one could have put it another's car to get a reaction out of them. Afterwards they tossed it out. "You know it's only a bug"

If it is not an escapee then the only other thing I think it could be is an Anuroctonus phaiodactylus. They get quite large and can be almost black...and are native to parts of California.

He must have had one hell of an all terrain vechile to make it to this side of the pond. As others said, looks like a cruel joke.

Ha! Thats funny! Lucky a*s scorp cause this aint no Florida!
Would have had a hard short life out here. Besides the dry cool air, that scorp was in the wrong neighborhood wearing the wrong colors!
