Humans can be wretched creatures. We had a recent instance here of these teenage kids stoning a kangaroo, leaving it with broken bones and leaving it to die-it had to be put down later. I pretty much agree with everyone else's solution-the law needs to make people take responsibility for their actions. If not, then perhaps a midnight meeting with the Fourth Reich (our local outlaw bike gang) could make things clearer to these idiots.
