Right, it takes a special kind of diligent owner, the kind that's unfortunately rare and apparently not at all the case in the situation being discussed. Its something only the most experienced trainers should take on.

Well, when I originally replied I assumed that this lady had learned something from living with two outrageously sized Rotties. I changed my mind after it was stated outright she was looking for status symbols. Her having one Rottie, never mind two, or another breed like them is something that can only end in tears. At least Rotties are shepherd dogs at heart, God forbid she get a hold of a Pit or Dobie.
