No female for sure she laid eggs 10 yrs ago

As a tarantula reaches an advanced age, it will begin to increasingly show signs of senility- refusing food and water, not retreating to it's burrow, and 'death-curling'. With males, this happens earlier, and if they survive long enough to molt, they generally die in the process, as their emboli and hooked legs generally get stuck in the molt.

She laid eggs 10 years ago that means she would have been mature 10 years ago. Rough guess that would make her 17 to 20 years old that is just a guess. I hope she pulls through . She has had long life .

Agreed sounds to me like old age setting in.
