Hey guys I am planning to put my tarantula in my room which is air conditioned to be cold. Is it ok to put my sling inside my room?

If it's at least 60F or 18C in there even with the AC, your spider will be fine. If you're cold, they are probably cold. If you can live with the temperature, so can they.

Temps in the range of 65-85 would be ideal. They can tolerate slightly cooler/warmer temps for some time, but its not good for extended periods.

Room temperature is relative. I've had some slings die from being kept at 16°C because that's what I'm comfortable in. As long as it's above 20°C during the day you should be good for any species.

I have to use supplemental heat as my room often goes into the 50’s. A space heater is not practical as the room is 500 ft with vaulted ceilings. That being said my T’s all seem happy and healthy. I do monitor temperatures a couple of times a day just to be on the safe side.
