Roach Food ideas

Found this bag of Muesli for 3.50. Looks like a mix someone on the threads post. Any thoughts? This would last my humble little colony for a long time. In people, it's geared towards high energy.

Also, a PetSmart employee informed me that both cat and dog food have ground up bone as a top ingredient. This is for calcium for our dogs and cats. However, it has been suggested that calcium is bad for out 8 legged friends.

I feed my orange head roaches my leftovers haha it works pretty well.
