Roach feeders for Emperors?

I'm trying to switch my emperors from crickets to roaches and I need some tips on accomplishing this.

throw one in the enclosure and enjoy the show.

No tips needed, just feed away. If they are well fed they may not attack a large roach so a smaller nymph may be needed
