gotta love it when the T acts like its a fuzzy rock...until the roach goes under it
my female B.smithi does it all the time

I have never tried feeding any of my biggest T on big roaches...
But when I give little roaches to my slings, they just love them! :D

The funny thing about this sequence was that during the initial attack on the roach the T ended up on its back for a solid 30 seconds (first pic).

my G pulchra slings will do that with their roach nymphs. What they lack in skill, they more than make up for with their sheer enthusiasm! Quite often, they will roll around with the roach in their fangs, if I had a better macro on my cam, I'd try to capture it on film
