A follow up on this. How many species of horned baboon are there, I actually have a "Starburst"? baboon that has this little horn. It is very slight in size right now and I am not sure of the sex of it. I will try to get a decent picture posted. This is by far my fastest spider, it looks like a sports car compared to my NW species. This was a freebie with an order and I did not do all the research on it. IF it turns out to be a male I will surely send it off for a mating attempt.

If I remember correctly, every species except meridionalis in the Genus Ceratogyrus has a horn. Take a look on Platnick's list (you can find it in the links section under tarantulas as "the world spider catalog".)
