Hey everyone so I'm replacing the mesh lid with acrylic on the 30cmx30cmx30cm exo terra enclosure, I have the sizing for the glass sorted but not sure what size holes to drill in, how many and how far apart to space them so any advice would be smashing!

For adults I do something like 5/32" holes, maybe up to 1/4". Sometimes I burn holes with the soldering iron instead of drilling - the size of which ends up being within the same range. I space them out somewhere between 1 cm and an inch apart; I usually just eyeball it tbh.
