I have this hexagonal tank for my Euphrynicus bacillifer with the screen top, is it okay for me to cover it with plastic wrap and tape it over like this? Should I cover even more? Is there anything bad about using plastic wrap? I know they need a lot of airflow but I'm having to mist the glass several times a day and I don't like scaring it constantly and having to fight humidity.

Another way to keep humidity up is to have a substrate that absorbs water, but dries out quickly, like coco choir or peat.
The substrate acts like a moisture bank. You pour enough water to last a day or two, but not enough to make it swampy and anaerobic.
As the water evaporates off the substrate, it is absorbed into the air, all day long.
