Rat bedding?

My vet charges $68 to neuter a rat, same as a guinea pig or rabbit. He'll do mice, as well. Spay, I don't know, as the only spayed rats I've had were spayed by the rescue. I usually do neuters if there's an aggression issue that crops up.
