Definitely fair, and I've definitely noticed that the labels are more commonly used in the EU and UK, presumably because you can track specific imports that come from specific locations and the lines are better maintained. In the US wild caught is very common and they aren't labeled well with locality, I've heard anecdotally that they don't line breed super well so its common to cross them with new WC stock every few generations which also aren't labeled well. That being said, some people do use these labels (maybe from influence from the EU?), it would be interesting to compare a "US hobby Rastafari" with a "EU hobby Rastafari" to see how consistent they are. Also Phidippus otiosus a different species, not a locality or morph of regius. Some of them do naturally hybridize, especially in the Northern part of their range where there's overlap, but they are different species.
