Those pictures are amazing. The color of those scorplings are just astonishing! :clap: Congrats on producing only the second brood in the US, very nice.

Attractive little fellas arent they....so bright, makes me wonder what the advantages are if any.

well, I doubt that it is aposematic coloration...it's probably a crypsis (as funny as that sounds).

well, the sandstone rocks and clay in their area is similar. Even in the forests there it's not just dark humus making up the substrate. I can see how they can use it to hide.
