It's been like 2 weeks since I started trying and they just aren't going for them. I even tried (and feel badly about it) crushing its head so it can't burrow and will squirm. My Rose followed it and seemed curious, even touching it, but then just left it there. I give up. Maybe I'll just throw them out and keep with the crickets until I have more T's.

sometimes Ts are hard to transfer over to dubia. i have a few that will not touch them at all, but love crickets or lats. just takes time, and depends on what the T has eaten.

If they are hungry, they will eat them. have patience.
Thanks! I already gave up though haha. I'm not known for my patience. I threw in a large female cricket and my G. rosea didn't hesitate. I couldn't get it to eat the roaches though. I even crushed the head of a roach so it would wiggle and not be able to burrow. I feel bad now because even after that, my G. rosea only followed it around a little bit. She still refused to eat it. I'm sure when my OBT gets bigger there wont be any problem feeding him dubais. I think I may try Blatta lateralis when I have a bunch of T's and need more than 8 crickets a month. From what i have read, they seem pretty easy to breed. Just got to keep the heat up and add some water gel for humidity plus food. From the videos I have seen, they seem to run like a cricket and don't usually burrow which I think may be more enticing to my T's.

OHhhh I can't wait til I can afford all the T's on my wish list!
