Question for SkinheadDave or anyone that does the bucket of peat method

I've recently started back up breeding feeders after loosing everything I had back in 2006 to a week long power outage.

At the time I had started to use SkinheadDave's bucket of peat method to breed superworms, which was getting good results.

I want to use that method again, but my memory is a bit fuzzy on the details of starting other then throw peat in a bucket.

Are there more steps to it to get good result?

I don't have anything to add, but I'm interested as well.
I've just been breeding mine in chicken feed and coir, and it is S-L-O-W.
