Hello,
So if you seen my other thread about the roach ID, here is a similar thread. So as I was putting some dirt collected from the forest in a enclosure, I found this tiny animal, at first I almost killed it because I thought it was a tick but after research it looks like a Pseudoscorpion. I don't think he got fed since a few days now because I didn't had any ideas he was even here, I just found him by surprise. I want to give him some food because I'm afraid he could die, does anyone know how long they can stay without eating?
I have book lice but I doubt it would be easy to catch some to give it to him, I could always try but it could take a long time. Then, outside, I can always find some small flies (bigger than him though) but not sure if he would like it.
(I noticed him yesterday, and put him back in the enclosure with the nymph roach and a pillbug, I have no ideas where the Pseudoscorpions is, he probably buried himself)
I don't know when I'm coming back to the forest, so if I really need to free him as early as possible, I could only free him in my garden, or in front of my house, would it be ok as the habitat is pretty different?
Here is a non zoomed picture:
I know Pseudoscorpions are pretty small in general, but could this one get any bigger? (like slightly)
Thanks again!
