Premolt??

Her bald spot is getting bigger and her abdomen seems to be getting darker
she's still eating. Premolt? I just gave her water and let it seep in the dirt a bit. I'm a little nervous, it's my first T (3" A Chalchodes female, she was sexed thru molt by the seller I believe) and I'm always worried about complications

I'm hoping she isn't stressed and that it's just that. Mostly complications during the molt IS what I'm worried ab

Truth is no one knows. She’s pretty plump, so it’s likely premolt.

What could she be stressed about? I really don’t see how any T would be stressed if properly cared for. Of course that’s a big IF.

Make sure it has a good water bowl, and the feeders that you give are properly fed/humidified.

That avoids many complications during molts. Whenever that will be.

Nothing I'm aware of which is why I was asking. Everyone says she had a good enclosure, I'm also never home and have no children so there's no noise to bother her and my heat is pretty good. Thank you for your help
