So all I want to know is when should I be concerned if my mantis hasn’t molted in a month and how do I get it to adult size quickly

What species, and how long has it stayed in this particular instar? How big is it? The molts leading to adulthood can have longer intervals. A month wouldn’t be too bad for larger species.

Hierodula membranacea maybe 4th instar but I’m pretty sure it’s a fifth instar. Last time it molted was around new year. Maybe it’s because of the temperature, in my house it’s around 75 degrees

She'll moult when she's ready. The temperature is fine.

Alright thank you guys that’s all I need to know, the temps outside finally got above zero degrees (Fahrenheit). Yesterday it was negative 27(Fahrenheit) so I guess I was just paranoid with the cold and all. But that was outside not inside

They'll molt eventually. I know that some of my species take a while to molt.

I've had some wait well over a month for their final molt. Don't be too worried, I've never seen any if mine or heard of any dying because they've failed to molt. Just make sure to keep the humidity where it's supposed to be and if they refuse food it's a good indicator that their molt is coming really soon, and make sure you take out food they won't eat, it can bother them during a molt and it can be lethal. Mine always have a tendency to molt late at night.

Also..hierodula membranacea is an awesome species...my personal favorite. Don't be too eager to see them as an adult. It's amazing, but the time is so short. Enjoy them while they're growing too :)
