It can't lol. Males don’t have any pattern distinction really on the carapace, for the most part it is one solid drab color. I am saying 100% female.

EDIT: URS those are some great pics! Congrats on the sac, hopefully it's a look into the future for me.

this dont look like a male from the top if it was male it would be very drap in colour with a hint of purple , both top shot and ventral show female

That is a great pic. My phone is decent, but not with macro shots. If I take a landscape picture with a person like this:

(using some kind of special effect)

And if I take a pic of a T, almost everytime it turns out dark, blurry, bright, or glared.. Like this..

It is a 2MP camera with flash though, so I can't complain.

Maybe it's just the lighting? Also, try taking the pic a bit further away since your cell has no macro.
