Poecilotheria are so hard to sex at that size. The one I did get a sex on had a HUGE spermathecae (well for her size and under a scope) and she is about that same size if not a little smaller.
If that area is a "flap" so you can lift it up it might be. But Poecilotheria have a double spermathecae, a wide one over a bell shaped one, not the horned type.

Why are metallicas so hard to sex by spermathecae, is that it's very small. Here is a photo of it. Female is approximately 12-14cm LS and 4-5cm BL. This spermathecae is only 2mm big... In my oppinion is easyer to sex them ventral-at lest at that stage... And in this case would say it's a male...
