Does anyone have advice on how to successfully hatch a Poecilotheria metallica sack? Web links I would for reference/help/guidance would also be helpful.

I am looking to answer the following questions:

1) What would prompt the female to eat her sack?
2) What is average gestation time until the sack is laid?
3) What is the average egg count?
4) What is the ratio of males to females in an egg-sack?
5) Should the female be left to hatch the sack?
6) What percentage of the females eat their sacks under optimal conditions?
7) What is the average duration before the eggs emerge as post-embryos?

Hey JC. I have a P. Metallica that I HOPE is gravid. I paired her on Thanksgiving and have noted some strange behavior. She isn't eating as much and staying hidden more. I am not giving up hope because I know people that paired P. Regalis and didn't think that it did anything but months later she laid a sack. All that I know is that P. Metallica is prone to eat their eggsacks. Pull it at like 7 days.

BTW, I know that this species is VERY light sensative. Too much light could possibly get them to eat their sacks.
