plexiglass + heatpad

how will the plexiglass hold up against the heat pad? will it melt or warp?

have a 20 gal plexiglass fish tank thant i want to use....

Plexiglass / acrylic will withstand the heat given off by a heating pad. Working temps for plexiglass / acrylic is 180 degress F +

Be carfull I had a plexi glass tank I was using for a H lividum and after a few weeks of use the bottom where the heat matt was cracked.

But maybe I just got a crappy tank

As long as the plexi glass is thicker than 4mm you should have no probs If it was thinner it may bend (warp) slightly
