Normally I help others in ID-ing Jumping spiders, but today I need a second opinion!
My sister found a type of jumping spider I haven’t seen before!
My guesses are:
Naphrys pulex
or
anasaitis canosa
if Anyone recognizes this little one, please tell what what species you think it may be.
It is about 4cm body length and seems to have pedipalp swelling, suggesting it’s male. It has long legs compared to its body, and has a very tall head and stubby body. It is mostly dark brown and beige. It was found floating in my pool on a pool toy. I live in north eastern texas.
this next one may or may not be the same spider, but looks exactly the same
