Please help me Identify Spider

It is some kind of lycosidae, a wolf spider. Give it an enclosure with lots of room to run around, give it a water dish, and a some decor for it to climb or hide in. Pretty easy just make sure they always have access to water

Do i need any substrate?or soil beneath?

I have a trochosa species and I would say that it dosent look like one but I could be wrong,it's just one way of telling is if the central light band of the carapace has two small vertical dark bands in it.your spider may have this and the rule may not apply but try google images for trochosa and you can see this fairly reliably.
