Can you get a better picture? More lighting and maybe no lid if possible (move the entire enclosure to the ground before you pop a lid)

Does it look dry?

i cant tell if it has just kicked some hair or if there is actually a fleshy protrusion

try taking some better pictures...

if so, search for "cyst", you will probably find some threads that could be of interest to you

And you are one hundred percent sure it was not there yesterday?

Does it appear to be leaking, weeping, dripping, oozing or anything of the sort, or just slightly glossy?

If yes then it could be an injury, if it is a cyst it could have ruptured. The only treatment would be to put some corn starch on it and only on the affected area, and hope for the best.

If it's just glossy then she could've just scraped all the setae off in a perfectly round way, but the roundness looks suspicious like a cyst.

This could just be the lighting but it doesn't appear to be wet by any stretch when you compare how the light reflects off other areas.

Edit: moving forward, the best plan of action is to feed lighty to keep the abdomen size down and hope that it molts okay

The flaky bits may just be remnants from the exuvia and the new molt exposed the cyst. If it is one, it will be a protrusion like Wolfram said.

Don't let it get fat by overfeeding it. Make sure it has access to a water dish.

Edit: if it is acting fine then don't worry. It's good to have corn starch and a paintbrush to apply it with close to the cage, in the event of a rupture. I've been observing a B hamorii with one for almost a year now. She's even survived being starved (jk)
