not that I know of. she was perfectly normal yesterday before I woke up and saw her like that. she was hanging out on the top of her enclosure. i didn’t watch her go down from the side of the glass cuz I found her like this. she didn’t eat much last week when I fed her and I wouldn’t see her drink water. I guess I should’ve took precautions when that happened maybe she’d still be alive if I knew better I just thought she was in premolt
If your t was impacted as ppl think there is nothing you could of done to help, please don't think like this, unfortunately like every other creature on this ball spoods get sick and we don't know nearly enough about them to know why or what causes this or how to treat it. Spoods also hide sickness, they often show no symptoms till its to late. Please don't beat yourself up by the looks of things there was nothing you could do.

Tragic start to your New Year.
Try not to blame Yourself.
Learn what you can from this misfortune and ...

Sounds like spoody yoga, your t maybe in premoult I have spoods that hang like this when they are going to moult.
Eg the most recent, this is Azura she's not far from moulting her butt is already dark and she sat like that for hours and has done a few times over the past week.
Sounds like your avic is doing the same thing. Just keep her water dish full n try not to worry.
Yes almost Exactly like that.. But she hasn't spun a web, not a single bit.. she has gone behind the foliage at the top a few times, but comes right out.

In her old enclosure she had it webbed really well and was pretty active. I'm wondering if she is in premoult how is she going to do that with no webbing in place? IDK she is driving me a little nuts.. And I know there is nothing much I can do.
She is my first spider, and my favorite. I got her this new enclosure because I was worried she was to cramped. Anyway thank you.. :)

Arboreal t's often take forever to settle in a new viv, the pic I showed you is actually a terrestrial t the web is there from when she first came .
My first arboreal t was a C versicolor a little male called itsy bitsy spider, he has battered my head since day 1 always sitting strangely, throwing himself off the roof all the time , won't take food unless I tong feed him, (I had to get bamboo tongs just for him,) and once I moved him into his adult viv it took him 6 weeks to web n when he did he webbed up the floor ! Some arboreal are just strange I honestly wouldn't worry about your girl I am sure once she is ready she will sort herself out web n moult n do all the normal strange arboreal stuff. She's just sorting herself out first 😉. Please don't worry she knows what she's doing 😊
