Beautiful!!!!!! It looks like a burgundy skeleton

Just wanted to let everyone know, according to Platnick, there is no such thing as G. fasciata, it was synonimized with G. grossa.

Also according to Platnick, there is no such species as Lasiodora striatus, it's Lasiodorides striatus.

Oh sh!t, Scott, you're right!! Here's a pop quiz, can anyone explain the difference between Lasiodora and Lasiodorides. If anyone can, I'd love to know.

I'd rather see a rare and beautiful t in the hands of someone willing to take good care of it, like you, than to see it in the hands of a first timer who might unintentionally "kill" it.
