yes....but not on this site....
if you have a web page or a place ONLINE you can upload files and/or pics...you can put them there and then link them in your message (with the IMG button in the "post reply" page) and they will show up as pictures in your message
thats also an easy way to have multiple pictures with ONE reply instead of having to post multiple replies for multiple pictures

Open them up with Microsoft Paint and shrink them with that, this is what Kulleger told me to do and it worked !

yeah......or you can do what spider_savior said......microsoft paint, microsoft photo editor (optionally installed from the MS Office CD), adobe photoshop, jasc paint shop pro, etc....just make sure you save the file in .jpg or.gif format after you edit it...or it will possibly save it as a .bmp which will be too big....

Probably the best way is to just shrink them with photoshop or piantshop pro so that you do not diminish quality
